PB INNOVATION provided a package unit of part separators solution to meet our customer requirement. The volume of parts more than 70,000 pieces per hour. 

 

We have to design the large of drum separator with stirring leaves to control the parts and runner flow in drum and easy separator both parts.

 

The end of line with runner will be falling down into Low-Speed Granulator and re-used material in material conveying process. Thanks to In-Cline Belt Conveyor and Divertor Unit, whom are supporting collect parts and runners into Drum. A Divertor got a signal from Injection Molding Machine after check short counting, Alarm for 1st boxes and filling goods into 2nd boxes.
